When we decided to list our home, we did consider trying to sell privately. Ultimately, we decided to list with Shalon, and are so glad we did. She helped us with choosing a good time to list, listing price, staging, photography, junk removal, cleaning, and so much more. We had a couple of deals fall through (nothing she could have prevented), and she was always on the hunt for a new deal immediately. She always had multiple backup plans ready to go. Her advice was so helpful when making decisions, and she even fought for us down to the last hour to ensure we received our funds before our notary closed. From our first meeting we were impressed by her organization and preparedness, by her knowledge of the real estate market and the many factors influencing it, and by her ability to maintain an optimistic attitude and sense of fun. One of her many strengths is her ability to listen and to hear what we, as her clients, expected. Problem-solving is one of her obvious strengths. We were always impressed by this. In addition to her own strengths, she employs a team of very competent and creative people, including her office staff, her stager and her photographer, in order to present a home beautifully and with wide appeal. Her honesty and transparency were integral to our relationship, and gave us confidence that she was putting our interests first. We told her frequently how hard we were leaning on her, and she never let us down. It was a pleasure to work with Shalon. She left us with many happy memories and we still smile reminiscing about our experiences with her.

In the sale of our property, Shalon guided us in not accepting the first offer that came, which was a low ball offer. She firmly believed in the value of the property even when some other realtors did not. Her knowledge and experience resulted in us getting top dollar for our property and her guidance in this transaction make the process enjoyable with little stress. At all times Shalon was professional, courteous and had our best interests at heart.
