I was looking to purchase my first home and had very little prior knowledge of the process and not many people to pull information from. Terrie Dunand was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in this process. She knew if a property wasn't right for me and didn't sugarcoat anything. If there was an issue with a property then I knew about it. We looked at multiple homes and evetually found the most ideal one for me. An amazingly competent and well versed Realtor.

Terrie Dunand was an exceptional agent! We are fortunate we found Terrie as our agent to sell & buy our home. She was very knowledgable, friendly and truly cared about our family and our needs during this Covid-19 & the public health orders/C-19 restriction policy in place to do the turn over safe. We had some drawbacks for the price we expected to sell our home, we had to reduce a bit as expected but it would have taken some time to sell our homes but she had the experience & wonderful team helped us to sell our home in couple weeks.
