Terrie was fantastic to work with - always professional and clearly has lots of experience and expertise. She came highly recommended and it's easy to see why. We are first-time buyers and she was always willing to educate us on the process and would let us know what to look for and consider in the older homes we were seeing (i.e., quality of basements). We even had a few false starts making offers on homes that we later changed our minds on and Terrie stuck with us to find the right home for us.

Terrie provided us excellent advice and information during a difficult sale. She was always available to answer our questions and explain our options in a clear, factual manner. She was very personable, professional and courteous to everyone involved.

Terrie is beyond professional when it comes to selling and purchasing real estate, she handled both transactions for us this September/October. She wrapped up the sale of our home within days of it going to market. All questions were answered straight up while showing us a variety of options to purchase and didn’t waste any time finding us exactly what we were looking for…believe me she was tasked with finding the impossible purple sparkle unicorn and she did it. She doesn’t mess around!!
