I never felt silly asking questions, as this was the first home I owned and put up for sale. When I was not sure about something she was quick with a response. Terrie Dunand was an exceptional agent! We are fortunate we found Terrie as our agent to sell & buy our home. She was very knowledgable, friendly and truly cared about our family and our needs during this Covid-19 & the public health orders/C-19 restriction policy in place to do the turn over safe. No matter what time of day or night it was, if I had a question Terrie would respond. We had some drawbacks for the price we expected to sell our home, we had to reduce a bit as expected but it would have taken some time to sell our homes but she had the experience & wonderful team helped us to sell our home in couple weeks. She helped us buy our home that we desired, it was easy to make decisions, she helped us in every step with frank opinion & honest advice.
