Got in touch with the team after a previous really bad experience with a south Asian agent. Was quiet apprehensive to start with but working with Xerxes and team was a life saver. Had to face fallout of the sale of our house at closing but they way Xerxes handled and supported us throughout the next 7 months to sell it again was outstanding. Since then have been with him for 4 more closings and service has been more of a well versed guide and someone to safeguard our interests all time. Kudos!!
