INCREDIBLE TEAM! They were extremely on the ball and very attentive the entire process. We had a lot of anxiety going into a tough sale and purchase situation with a tight timeline but they did it without breaking a sweat. Xerxes Bharucha lead the Rajpal team in acquiring our new condo. Xerxes and the team did an excellent job! He was very professional, communicated effectively, understood the market and the neighbourhood. He followed up on any potential issues with the seller’s real estate agent, the property manager and the City of Markham. He arranged for a lawyer to handle the transaction. He brought in an interior decorator to provide suggestions as to future enhancements. Xerxes was able to use market trend data and comparables in obtaining a significant price reduction of $80,000! Bottom line, he made us very comfortable with proceeding with the purchase of the Condo. Now that is why he earned an excellent rating!!!

Geeta Rajpal lead the sale of our home. She did an excellent job. She was very professional, communicated effectively, understood the market and the neighborhood. As our home was relatively unique (cul de sac property, ravine lot, with park in front of house, only 1 sale in 25 years) comparables were practically non existent. You can’t get an excellent rating from us unless you surpass what we think our house was worth. The Rajpal team brought in a stager, a painter, an electrician, photographer and drone operator. Geeta put together a strategy that attracted over 60 people from which we received 7 offers in a one week period. The result was that she exceeded our price expectations by $90,000 in what was a quiet buyer market. Our house sold for over $2,000,000. A neighbourhood record high! Now that is why she earned an excellent rating!!!
