We cannot begin to describe what an amazing experience has been to work with Team Rajpal! From constant communication, quick and detailed responses, superb coordination to negotiating on our behalf which really helped us find a dream home for our family. We really feel like they worked with our best interests as their priority, and we can't thank them enough for this.

As first time homebuyers, we wanted to ensure we had the best experience possible with selecting a realtor to represent us as buyers. With that , we were referred to Nicholas Ip of Team Rajpal by a friend who had prior dealings with him. From start to finish , working with Nick was a pleasure. From the initial meet and greet at an office of our choosing , Nick helped us to visualize and hone in on the type of home , location, size and features within our budget. Throughout the process, we ended up viewing 30 places, all of them being booked successfully on time and with priority without a single hitch. Each place we visited, Nick would have engaging discussions about them based on what we are looking for, what could be better, what was well-done , etc. Also Nick would give us extremely accurate feedback on places we were interested in , such as expectations and if it would likely go for a price outside of our budget , or seller expectations , and offer dates. I would say thanks to Nick we were very well-informed and saved a lot of time , by keeping within our relevant requirements. Another thing to note, is that Nick paid alot of detail and discussed with us on the things we do value in a home, or things to be mindful of . The next praise also goes to Nick's commitment to helping us, always accommodating us. He showed us much dedication and made sure that we were informed and knew every step along the way. Eventually Nick helped us find the perfect home for us, and when it came time to get the offer done, he really helped us with negotiating and putting together a solid offer. We would definitely refer anyone buying or selling a home to Nick and Team Rajpal as the experience has been amazing . Definitely a 10/10 experience. Thank you
