31 Gold Pine Crt Raj & Sunny was very helpful right at the start, from staging, to packing, to sold in a few days. After they staged the house, I was like “wow”. I was really impressed. The most important trait about both Raj, and Sunny, they exceeded the saying “man of his word” demonstrating loyalty, and professionalism. Now a days, it is so hard to find people that would stick to their words. I hope I don’t have to move again, but if I do, I will definitely give these guys a call again. I recommend both Raj, and Sunny.

A few months ago I decided to look up the top agent in Brampton and Sunny Perwal's name came up. I decided to give him a call and get a feel of his knowledge. After meeting with him and Sunny giving us his whole history of when he came to Canada and the many jobs he had before becoming a realtor, we found it very intriguing. Now down to business, he showed us his professionalism, his knowledge of the area, came prepared with statics of the area. We were very pleased and a week later I called him back and said "Sunny come list my home" Sunny showed nothing but true compassion for us and you can tell he was in it to please his customers. He told us what to expect and let me tell he was spot on! Our home sold in 7 days and we were very pleased with he whole experience.
