My husband and I had a bad experience with other realtor that left us with a lots of doubts unfortunately, but he put the time and effort to address our fears and by that he made us regain our faith again so thanks for the efforts very appreciated. One of my friends referred me to Sunny. Though I have realtors within my family and close friends, yet my friend spoke so highly of Sunny and asked me to at-least meet him just once. I met Sunny last year in June and just in one meeting I thought I knew him for quite some time. He was so transparent and straight up in his opinion, didn’t give me any false hopes or allurement, instead he suggested not to put the house on market until I have my second transaction straightened out. Now, when I look back his advice of pushing the sale worked out so well, as otherwise I would’ve lost couple $100k. Worth noting, I had interviewed few other top realtors in Brampton, but none matched Sunny’s style. The best of Sunny comes out on the day of offer/acceptance. He goes extra mile in his representation which I find it so pure and honest. Needless to say, moving forward Sunny will be my one and only choice. Our family can’t thank you enough for delivering beyond our expectations. 🙏
