Steve did a great job selling our Mom's house after she passed. He's done his homework and is very good at selling himself. We liked him right away and knew he'd work hard for us. We particularly were impressed with Steve's use of social media to get the listing as much exposure as possible. He nailed the negotiations and it was sold in a week with an excellent closing date. Steve did an excellent job listing and selling my house in may/2022 and my condo in February /2023. In fact Steve contacted me when I was in Mexico and advised me that the calgary house market was very hot and advised me if I wanted to sell this would be the chance to get top dollar. I tried selling my house in July and august of 2021 but it did not sell, but the following spring thanks to Steve I sold my house for top dollar, in less than a week and for much more than we listed it for the previous July. After that sale, I told him I have a condo I would like to sell in the next year or so because I have great renters so there is no hurry. But as you know the interest and mortgage rates increased so much in 6 months that the housing market was out of reach for most people now and the condo market got hot. Steve again reached out to me and advised me to list the condo because the market is a sellers market. I listed it and it sold in 2 days. Steve has a great negotiating style and listened to what I wanted and what would be in my best interest. Steve was always available to me by either text or phone and always kept me updated on the showings and any offers. Steve even had to work late Sunday night to keep the negotiations open which paid off the next day to close the deal. Steve is professional, knowledgeable and very passionate about Real estate. If you need a Realtor, Steve is your man and will get your property sold.
