We are so appreciative of the hard work Steve put in to maximize the offers on our property.  We have sold many homes in our 56 years together and we can unequivocally say the experience we had with Steve is far and away the absolute best we have had with any realtor.  We are so glad we maintained contact with him over the last couple of years after meeting Steve at a spec house in Okotoks. We absolutely recommend Steve to anyone looking to buy or sell real estate. He is a great communicator, negotiator and very knowledgeable in all things Real Estate.

Hi all! Our recent recent real estate adventure was full of ups, downs, twists, turns, delays and quick pivots. Thankfully Steve was with us to guide us through it! His confidence and professionalism was a godsend. In the end, we got over what we wanted out of the home we were selling and purchased a home that checked off all the boxes and was on budget. Steve was available at almost any hour during an extremely hot market. Yes he was busy with others during such a time, but still tried to make time for us and be flexible. Steve was patient and encouraging. We are young professionals who had an interesting range in price as interest rates changed in the 5 mo we looked around. Despite this he was patient, and encouraging. My husband is critical and analytical about Markets… and Steve took the time to chat with him. Steve is also such a fun time to hang out with, we honestly liked also hanging out with him ! Lastly, he provides an amazing gift basket at the end ! Steve was patient in our process of a very difficult market. We are young professionals who are quite picky with a quite a range in pricing and thus was seeing homes of different caliber.
