When showing comparables, he and his wife Faye not only printed up relevant homes; they also brought us to view them and videotaped them for easy recall. He set us up online so we would be informed on the showings. He ensured the house and viewers were Covid-savvy. He knew how to increase the traffic. Bottom line – the house was sold in three weeks.
