Sophie was very enthusiastic, patient and knowledgeable. She did her homework, before each of our viewings. She was always available for us and full of energy and passion. We were very fussy buyers and she was very calm and diligent with us. When we finally listed our home, she had up to date market comparisons, and beautiful advertisements We would definitely use her again, and recommend her to our family and friends.

Sophie is a consumate professional, always positive and helpful. She keeps in contact frequently and is informative regarding market trends. Sophie goes above and beyond to make the home sell, offering advice on pricing and current market. It took a while to sell our home in this market and location, but Sophie was always encouraging and steadfast. I would highly recommend this realtor to sell your home.

Sophie was invaluable in purchasing a new home. I was travelling into the Chilliwack area from the Kootenays to purchase a new home. She accommodated my inflexible schedule and made me a priority. She was even incredibly patient and helpful the day I had to bring my two toddlers along. We would never have survived that day without her. Without a doubt, I would use Sophie again as my realtor. She is knowledgeable, hard working and kind. She answered every question in a very timely manor, provided additional listings that were realistic for my familyand supported my search anyway she could. Sophie helped me sell my home. Upon meeting her, I immediately felt relaxed and at ease. Sophie made the whole process much easier for me, and not only did I feel like I could rely on her , I also felt like I could trust her. I never felt pressured to make a decision one way or another, however I felt like she always tried to present all the available information. Not only did Sophie work hard but she kept me informed, and I really felt that she was working in my best interest. All in all, I think Sophie went above and beyond, and I’m going to miss her!
