So I met Sophie about a year ago from a listing she had. She was excellent communicator and responded back very quickly and cheerfully to my many many questions. She showed us properties texted with me day and night and always was positive and happy. Never did she tire of our many communications about various properties and thru it all we developed a friendship. She is honest and friendly and truly caring person. Her customer service skills are great and she loves her job which is evident. No way else would she so passionately do this if that wasn’t true.
