So I met Sophie about a year ago from a listing she had. She was excellent communicator and responded back very quickly and cheerfully to my many many questions. She showed us properties texted with me day and night and always was positive and happy. Never did she tire of our many communications about various properties and thru it all we developed a friendship. She is honest and friendly and truly caring person. Her customer service skills are great and she loves her job which is evident. No way else would she so passionately do this if that wasn’t true. The house we met from ended up being the house we bought after a very long journey with bumps in the road. If you are looking to buy or sell please don’t hesitate to contact Sophie. My husband and I were recently relocated from Montreal Quebec to Chilliwack British Columbia. We managed to find a house the first week we arrived here all thanks to Sophie! It was wonderful to work with her from the start. From Montreal, we communicated through email and she always responded quickly, even with the 3 hour time difference! Sophie was able to pinpoint our likes and sent us several listings so that we knew before arriving what our best options were. Once we arrived, Sophie had many great houses to show us. Even alone with my 2 year old while my husband was working, we managed to visit 6 listings in one day!
