When we interviewed Simon about representing us in the sale of our house we knew right away that we would be using him and his team. He was well prepared and offered some great information about both the market in general and our neighbourhood specifically. Before his car had left the front of the house his stager was calling us on the phone to set up and appointment to offer their suggestions (We followed her suggestions and the house looked great). Whenever we needed someone to provide a service related to the sale, right from a handyman (Simon's suggestion, Mark, did great work at a fair price), right through to the movers to help us move to our new home, Simon referred us to great people. We followed the advice of Simon and his team and when we had the house ready, it sold in 4 days, for the amount we were expecting to receive. Our experience with Simon and his team was first class from start to finish and the results speak for themselves. If you are selling your house I would highly recommend the Simon D. Hunt team.
