<p>I have been attempting to sell me property for over a year with another agent. I finally decided to contact Simon when I was having no success selling. He did a through review of the existing listing and found multiple errors that were impacting the sale of my property. Then his process is different from anything I have experienced with other realtors I have used. He brought in a stager who provided recommendations that would help sell the property, had the house measured and a floor plan drawn up, since my home was vacant he virtually staged the rooms to give buyers a view of what the property could look like with furniture. The team is Simon's office was also great. We listed the property and had an offer day 1.</p>

It was a pleasure working with Simon and his team, start to finish. We always knew what was happening, when it was going to happen and how they were going to make it happen. They are the perfect combo of professionalism and humour. We especially loved all the extra Marketing touches and how we were included in each decision. From the specific wording in the listing and the amazing photos, to the glossy brochures and the little hang tags for the doorknobs, everything was planned, well thought out and tailored to our property. Oh and then there’s the agent who took time out of her day to come all the way out Airdrie to give us the keys to our new house and a basketful of housewarming gifts.
