We would highly recommend Simon Hunt to any buyer or seller. He has exceptional knowledge of the market conditions which allows him to successfully broker properties in all market conditions. He provides exceptionally reliable, accurate and timely guidance throughout the process. He and his staff's strong work ethic is a rare find. We used Simon as our agent as a buyer. Our needs were quite specific and made it challenging to find a property. Simon listened very carefully and understood our requirements and then located suitable properties for us to view. Adding to the challenge was a tight timeline and being an out-of-town buyer. Still, he was able to locate numerous properties to view and choose from. Aside from being a great agent finding a property, he and his staff really stand out by being very responsive. There are no delays. He and his staff respond immediately. Never did anyone drop the ball or not follow up on a request. No matter what our question, they always did the research and got back to us with an accurate response in a very timely manner, allowing us to move ahead quickly with an offer and prompt closing that met our timeline. Even following our closing on the property, Simon and his staff remained in close touch to ensure that we had answers to any questions that arose and provide any assistance needed with such things as utility hookup, property insurance, etc. We would highly recommend Simon whether you are a buyer or seller. His knowledge and responsiveness are second to none. His staff, Morgan, Jessica and Emily were great in every aspect. They are the best real estate group we have ever used and will be the only property agent we ever use in the area.
