We could not be more happy having worked with Simon to sell our condo.</p> <p>Our situation was we had a Calgary downtown condo at the new Mark on 10th building in Calgary. This was an investment property for us and we had decided to sell.</p> <p>Time was of essence as we needed to close on a new property in the summer time we had purchased.</p> <p>Simon was interviewed based on the reviews we read of Simon here.</p> <p>When Simon came to meet us, we were very impressed with how knowledgeable he was and how well he understood the Calgary market place. The photos were excellent. We loved the virtual furniture staging!</p> <p>Kudos to the entire team - Jessica and David have also been phenomenal to deal with.</p> <p>The condo got sold in 2.5 weeks. Simon helped me to buy a new build house. His knowledge and expertise were so appreciated through the process, and he helped is to think of questions and scenarios that we wouldn't have been able to ourselves being first time buyers.
