Simon and his team communicate really well and make sure you are informed throughout the process. They are extremely informed on the market and take out all the guess work. When an offer comes in Simon consults on all the options but does not put any pressure on you as the seller but is there to support what you have discussed prior. He is there to get you the best price and it is a stress free process. I have used other realtors in the past and there is no comparison that his team is head and shoulders above any others I have used. Top notch service.

My in-laws needed to sell their home after they moved into an assisted care facility but as I did not live in the city where their home was I needed someone who knew the market and could sell the home quickly but ensure we got the best market value for the home. Simon was able to evaluate the home and the market and give us a realistic expectation of what the home was worth. The house sold quickly and effortlessly on my part thanks to Simon managing all the details. His in-depth knowledge of the market and his guidance was invaluable.
