Simon and his team handled the sale of my mom’s home beautifully! But and I have to admit I was a bit nervous for Simon because my mom had been in the house for approximately 30+ years, was very attached and is not fond of change. As many can attest to, selling a home can be quite emotional and Simon was so professional and sensitive to my mom’s stress of selling her home. He did something for my mom that no other realtor she met with had done……He listened to her. He spoke TO her instead of AT her as others had. He spoke to my Mom (the homeowner) instead of to my brother who was helping her. Simon and his team did everything they could to make the experience a stress free and positive. They took stunning photos of my Mom’s home and brought out the hidden gem that was her home. After a short time on the market, she was packing up and moving to her new home! Mom still speaks fondly of Simon and the whole experience.
