<p>I used Sergey Korostensky as my realtor when I was looking for my first home. Sergey knows his stuff and is a great negotiator. I got my asking price which was $60K lower than the initial listing value for my new condo. I found Sergey to be knowledgeable about all different homes we looked at - he knows what to look for with old homes of various vintages and with condos, and he also knows a lot about the different Calgary neighbourhoods. He was always available to take my calls and show me properties, and his assistant is also very helpful. I can highly recommend Sergey, he puts his heart into his job and wants the best for his clients.</p>

Sergey is the most professional real estate agent I have ever met. He has been also involved in the real estate investment business for a long time. I was very impressed by his knowledge about real estate, business education, investment, house improvements, renting outs and property management. He has been constantly updating his knowledge by taking different courses, seminars and training. I would gladly give Sergey my highest recommendation to anyone desired to sell their property or buy one. If you are interested about the real estate investment, Sergey is the number one!
