Lied about what’s in the contract. Scammed out of property inspection as I wasn’t in town and there was hold in the bathrooms after buying. Didn’t negotiate at all. Made me do most of the paper work. Did inform me of how to sell. Lost about $15,000 to $20,000 dollars because of his negligence
