We had our home listed with another agent prior to using the Sergey Korostensky Homeselling System but our house didn’t sell. When we decided to let Sergey's Team do the job for us, we knew immediately that we would have a different experience. Sergey advertised our house everywhere - online and newspaper, and his team members were more knowledgeable and professional. Sergey runs his business more like a company. In contrast to the negative experience we had with the other agent (where we always felt we were bothering them when we phoned for information), with Sergey’s Team everyone in the office had a role. When we had a question, they were always able to answer it. This gave us a lot more confidence in the process.We got an offer in one week!!!

<p>I used Sergey Korostensky as my realtor when I was looking for my first home. Sergey knows his stuff and is a great negotiator. I got my asking price which was $60K lower than the initial listing value for my new condo. I found Sergey to be knowledgeable about all different homes we looked at - he knows what to look for with old homes of various vintages and with condos, and he also knows a lot about the different Calgary neighbourhoods. He was always available to take my calls and show me properties, and his assistant is also very helpful.
