Sergey was very helpful. He was patient while we figured out what we did and didn’t want. He was very timely and had great advice when we were ready to make an offer.

I listed my house in the past with another realtor and the result was 2 showings. Over a year on the market, without offers. I got card in my mail from Sergey, and then listed with him and had close to 40 showings. We accepted offers 5 times, but buyers could not complete the purchase because of their qualification issues. Sergey was really knowledgeable in the properties, and he was very professional. He helped us find a house, even when we were in a different province and could not go there ourselves to check it, and he did it for us. He gave us lots of advice, and noticed details in houses that even we didn’t notice. Overall he was a very good agent, and we were very happy to have him.
