We were first time home sellers and choose the Sergey Korostensky group (and his team) and they were amazing! They are professional, knowledgeable and so helpful. I would highly recommend Sergey. His knowledge excel what I expected to get from a realtor. He was so humble and patient through out the process iI never felt rushed, or that I was wasting his time going and seeing houses on a weekend. He understood the need of being in a good community to move to with a good school in the district. His negotiation skills were phenomenal, where I was willing to accept the counter offer, he urged us to go in at a lower price, and we got the house below what we wanted to pay!! Thank you Sergey
