Sara helped my wife and I purchase our first house. She took all of our requirements, make excellent suggestions and found some great units for us to look at. Her knowledge, professionalism and patience throughout the whole process really helped put us at ease. The suggestions for inspector, and mortgage broker were very helpful as my wife and I were new to the whole process. I will absolutely use Sara again when we decide to move.

Sara is an outstanding person and agent! Very soon after talking with her about listing our home, I knew exactly why sellers need agents - and not just any agent, they need Sara. She listened carefully. She understood our financial position and how quickly we needed our house sold. She was extremely thorough both looking at our home and making sure that all of our documents were in order. She caught a significant item that we had no idea we needed to think about and that both our lawyers (one who helped us purchase the home originally and one who was working on our sale) had missed. She saved us from major delays and headaches. She made the entire selling process seem easy. I love the home that I am in and I do not plan on moving; however, if I were to move again, Sara is the only person that I would call and she is the only realtor that I would recommend.
