We are extremely pleased with the services, tailored to our specific needs, provided by Sam and his team recently in the sale of our home. For more than a year, he kept us informed as to the evolving housing market while we waited to be in a position to sell. Sam clearly has an outstanding knowledge of the Ottawa housing market and of the real estate industry more generally. His staff also went out of their way to help us with electronic documentation and with seemingly unrelated tasks such as returning TV/internet equipment. Sam’s wide range of services, including his property management firm, aided us immensely in selling our home remotely. In sum, we really appreciate the professional and personalized care and attention provided by Sam and his staff.

Sam exceeded all of our expectations. As a person, he was always respectful, warm, engaged, and calm.
