As first-time buyers with no experience, having an agent who could guide us through the process and answer our (many) questions was crucial, and Sam was immensely helpful with that every step of the way. When we toured homes he gave us excellent guidance on what to look for, what to avoid, and how to find a good fit that made sense for our needs. When we found the house that we ended up purchasing, he ended up negotiating an amazing deal for us with the sellers and walked us through every step of the process. He was always available to answer questions, provide referrals and recommendations, and help us out with anything we needed.
