I had the pleasure of working with Sam to find a tenant for my condo, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the experience. Sam came highly recommended, and now I understand why. From the very beginning, his team took full control of the process, screening tenants, conducting background checks, and managing my current tenants seamlessly. Communication was outstanding— his office was incredibly responsive, making the entire process smooth and efficient. Sam was always quick to respond to emails and texts, himself, and even stepped in when necessary to facilitate communications when necessary. Sam’s professionalism and experience were evident in every step of the way. He not only screened out less-than-ideal applicants but also provided nuanced recommendations, which made my decision-making much easier. Aside from his expertise, what really stood out to me was Sam’s sense of humor and bedside manner. As this was my first time going through this process, they patiently walked me through every step and answered all my questions, making what could have been a stressful experience feel easy and manageable.
