I am lucky to have Jatin Arora as my realtor. I have interacted with Jag Ghuman also, they both are incredible realtors I ever mate anyone in last one year. They both are very much professional, responsive and have great knowledge in real estate. My wife and I had lots of questions, and they answered politely. A very professional and dedicated team that provided excellent service since few years of our dealing with them. Going ahead by sharing our experience with everyone who read we would like to explain that We were planning to sell our home and buy the brand new home. Sam helped us to buy the brand new home from the builder which was 37k below builders price as the builder had promotion on few lots. Also Sam advised us to keep the existing home as an investment property as we were qualified for the second property. He helped to find the right tenants. We enjoyed the tremendous growth of our real estate investment over the period of last three years.
