Our realtor was Jag, hands down he is one of the best realtor in Mississauga/Brampton area. We were very reluctant and scared during our first home purchase, Jag made it really easy for us. He educated us about the entire home-buying process as well as how to identify a good home. Unlike some other agents, he always goes extra mile and helps in the end-to-end process i.e., getting mortgage approved, finding a contractor to do some maintenance work after home-buying, finding a good tenant everything. We were able to buy a great home at a great location and at a price that would never been possible without Jag's help. I highly recommend his services and would definitely go to him again when I plan to buy/sell home in future.

I have been working with Jag and his team from the very first day we landed in Canada and the experience has always been amazing!! Jag and the entire team are always super responsive and polite and very very accommodating to all our requests. They have always ensured that there are no loose ends and ensure every detail is tracked to closure which is very comforting as a buyer or seller.

This is my 2nd house with Jagdeep and i had no doubt about proceeding with him for my 2nd house. Words would be less to describe the efforts from Team Sam Khangura, for me it was Aman. Started my journey to buy first home, few months ago. Was fortunate to have accidentally pressed an ad on Facebook, which led me meeting Aman. Aman is highly enthusiastic professional, helped me at every step, took the case personally. He provided me a proper guidance as a first time home buyer. His suggestions proved to be flawless and helped me identifying right deal, winning the bid and successful closing of the deal. Through this process, I got my dream home and also earned a new friend cum brother. Really appreciate Aman and Team Sam Khangura for helping me out at right pace with integrity. I worked with Bhanu from Sam Khangura group and he was very professional and honest since beginning. As my brother had worked with him before, I had heard about their professionalism but I was able to experience it first hand when I directly used their service as well. He is very responsive and knew exactly what I was looking for. During the house search, even though I was not actively looking for few months, he always had my requirements in mind and when the right opportunity came he immidiately reachd out to me. He helped me to make a right decision by showing me comparables, different options and sharing his perspective based on his experince. Even after clsing the deal, he helped me to answer lot of my questions related to mortgage, lawyers, rental etc. Overall I had a great experince working with Bhanu and I am would definitely recommend to use his service to anyone looking for a property.
