Highly, highly recommended. Cannot write enough about Jag. I feel blessed to have a person like Jag help us find our dream apartment. He was EXTREMELY patient with us. We never felt rushed/pushed into a decision. He was always calmly explaining pros and cons of the 25+ properties we visited together. More than that, he was always on the lookout for us pointing out things that even we did not realize. I really hope everyone who goes through the stressful process of buying a home has a person like Jag with them.

From marketing to negotiating the price and then making the final sale in a very quick, effective and efficient manner, selling it at a higher price than asking, and all that within a week! Wow Jag Ghuman is the best real estate agent ever!!! If you want to get your home sold in one day and get over asking price he’s just the man to do it!!!! He took care of everything, gave us the right contractors that work with him to complete our home for selling day, His staging team staged our home beautifully, cleaners to make the house spotless, provides a bin so you can declutter your home. And then the MAGIC happens JAG sells within hours of your home on the market, getting you way over asking. I am so happy with the service he provided unbelievable!!!!!
