Rachel was wonderful to work with. She is efficient, knowledgable and a great communicator. She set up an initial meeting with me soon after I reached out and my property was on the market a few days later with great pictures and staging. Throughout the process she communicated with me regularly and was honest and clear about where we were at and she always made sure we were on the same page about next steps and strategy. She is a great negotiator, I am very happy with the final outcome of my sale. I would absolutely work with Rachel again anytime and I would highly recommend working with her!

<p>We worked mostly with Dave, Rachel's partner. He was great! He always kept in touch with us and answered our questions right away. They are experts in the KW area and made sure to direct us to the properties we were looking for based on our needs and advised us against any properties that would not meet our needs. Dave was friendly and very knowledgeable. We got the property we wanted and they made sure all the paperwork was done on time.</p>
