Rachel took the time to understand what we were looking for and what would work for our family and budget. She was quick to tell us about a house she thought would work and guided us throughout the whole process. She was very knowledgeable about the homes we viewed and the neighborhoods they were in. She worked tirelessly to ensure the home of our dreams in this unpredictable market. She also sold our current home for an outstanding value above asking. She took time to guide us on how to declutter and she did a wonderful job staging the house (it was so beautiful, we almost questioned whether or not we should sell!) We couldn't have gone through this process successfully without her knowledge and expertise.

Great personality, easy to express concerns and she had solutions. Very upfront but sensitive at the same time. Understanding yet bold. She knows what and how to deliver!!

Able to find A house with both David and Rachel fairly quick, they were able to remedy problems with the Mortgage Broker. interesting but very smooth experience buying my first house.
