Rachel is a very knowledgeable, patient and very personable agent. She showed me lots of houses when I was in the market for a new home and we found the perfect house. Rachel was able to negotiate the house for me against another offer, which was amazing. She also listed and sold my house within days and provided a home stager and offered the best advice. My lawyer said to me to "do whatever your agent tells you to do" and I did! Now that Rachel and her husband Dave are a team, clients will get twice the expertise and professionalism from them. I recommend Rachel to any family/friends thinking about selling/buying, which is the highest compliment/review you can give an agent, in my opinion. I will use Rachel as my agent in the future if I ever need to buy/sell again. I highly recommend her.

Rachel was amazing through every step of the process, from the initial interaction, to the approach/method to market our house, providing current market trends and overall just making the experience of selling our house as easy and painless as possible. We recently hired Rachel to help us sell and buy our new home. She made herself available whenever we had questions. Before we put our house on the market she came out and gave us a list of suggestions to stage our home. She told us to declutter, move coffee tables and lamps around and take down pictures. We listened to her and thankfully we did. When the photos were taken of our house it looked so beautiful. It was so pretty I forgot all the reasons we had wanted to move. Rachel obviously has an eye for decorating. Our house sold within 4 days and we received over asking price. At this point we were so happy with the service she provided that we decided to purchase our new home through her as well. Every home that we walked through she pointed out details that we may have over looked for example possible grading issues, age of furnaces, window problems. Rachel was looking out for our best interest when purchasing a new home. Moving is a stressful time and she certainly took some of the pressure off. In this process we found our dream forever home.
