Patrick was an excellent guide for our first time home buying experience! He was always prompt and responsive at all the times of the day whenever we had questions. He was also adept at asking the right questions that we weren't thinking of, and presented us with the pros/cons of each place, what the tradeoffs would be, and ultimately letting us come to a decision on what we thought was best for us. Patrick was amazing. He came highly recommended from friends and did not disappoint. He explained everything in common language, made sure we had a checklist of all the little details that we needed to take care of, and was always very responsive and available (even over the holidays while he was overseas). Patrick was especially helpful while dealing with my elderly mother, making sure she felt comfortable and assured during this eventful time.
