My boyfriend and I were first-time buyers being forced to move out of our rented apartment within 2 months and Patrick came to our rescue! We already knew Patrick as a friend but his level of professionalism was both necessary, efficient, and motivating. He set up our search swiftly, got to know our needs and budget, let us choose what places we wanted to see and, knew to tell us things we weren't thinking about (i.e., different location options, neighbourhood pros and cons, development info we weren't aware of, etc.). But that's not all! Patrick set up a group chat for us and we were able to ask him questions anytime and provided us recommendations for our mortgage broker, notary, and home inspector (which we gladly used - they were all great). He also helped us navigate an extremely fast closing (8 days) while he was amidst his own family move (wow). PLUS, when we took possession, he was there to welcome us and show us around the building AND he helped clean the unit (as it was left with some leftover items and dog hair on the floor). He's even checked in on us post-move about strata set-up and just to say hello. What a star! I could not have asked for more. My boyfriend and I spoke highly of him throughout the entire process. We could not have done this without you Patrick. It was a whirlwind and you made it happen for us. Thank you so very, very much for your help. 10/10, would recommend.
