We sold our home in Vancouver with Patrick but he also did do some house hunting with us in BC before I was given a corporate relocation. He's patient, practical, and makes honest, well thought out and supported recommendations. If you want to know the details, just ask him. Very responsive at all times day or night. He knows when you're getting too emotional (it's likely the biggest purchase of your life so it tends to happen) and like a good friend, he will hold you back from making a decision you will regret. Exceptionally kind and generous. Patrick even helped me pack my car during the 2021 heatwave! I can't say enough about how great an experience we had with Patrick.

This is my first time purchasing a home. Patrick has made the transactions easy & pleasant to deal with by always being prepared & well researched. Questions & events I would encounter, he has already proactively found the answer or reached out to the parties for information. He would also point out things I have to watch out for & laid out the schedule / appointments so it is easy for me to follow up. I am very impressed by his professionalism & accommodation as I work really long hours 6 days a week. I highly recommend him & would definitely have him as my agent for any future home purchasing / selling.

As a first time home buyer, navigating the real estate market was a worrying and daunting task. Patrick's help made it a lot easier and I probably wouldn't have gotten my apartment without him. Patrick's a professional through and through. He's endlessly patient despite my onslaught of questions and concerns (I had a lot of them). He also provides a wealth of additional info voluntarily and it definitely felt like he had my back the entire time. Never in the entire process was I left alone and questioning as he would constantly check back with me if I had any other concerns or questions. In short, Patrick felt like a friend you could trust rather than everything being just purely business. All of these traits push him above and beyond what I expected from a realtor imo. All in all, I had an amazing experience working with Patrick and I would work with him again in a heartbeat. Kudos to you Patrick!
