Just sold my rental with Nichola and Michael. I had tried to sell it privately a few months prior with no luck. I thought this market was easier then it was. Once I met Nichola I saw the difference between what I did and what she can do. It was like night and day. She had to give me lots of "tough love" but it all worked! We sold the unit as soon as we took all her advice. We tried it my way at first to get a higher price but the unit did not sell, she showed me all her marketing and it was getting tons of clicks, views, etc. Was very impressed. Definitely a professional. Through and Through.

We hired Nichola after reading her reviews online. We needed someone to sell our condo in a bad market for this style of studio apartments. She has been staying in touch with us for years educating us on the market conditions. We tried to sell once before but covid made it impossible. She sold it now! And we are very happy!

Our house is where we raided 4 kids and had a family death - there was a lot of emotion in this home. Nichola made the selling process much less stressful, we were emotional but she kept us on track, sold the home for a good price, while honoring our needs. It took me a long time to write this review but I wanted to world to know that Nichola is a true professional but is also very caring. She is a fierce negotiator but speaks kindly to her clients. She is full of information but always explains things in a way I can understand. You wont regret calling Nichola to sell your home. I did not.

Just sold our house last month! Got their name from a friend and I am happy we did. Selling in this market seems like it could be quick, but when your house is unique , it took lots of effort. I am so happy we had Mike adn Nichola. They helped us through all the steps, did AMAZING MARKETING!, and got our super interesting home sold!
