Just had to sell my house, Nichola helped me buy it a few years ago. The sale was during a slower market (not like the wild Summer we just had I am told). But the sale went very well. Got a price we are happy with. She was amazing - just like the last time we used her! Will use her again!! She the best.

Nichola helped me sell my city home and buy a acreage at the same time. It was as good as it gets for making such a big move with a toddler and a baby on the way! She was so UNDERSTANDING of my tight schedules (work and kids) and my husband always being away.
