I was honestly nervous about buying a house because I’d heard so many horror stories about how stressful the process could be. But working with her turned all of that around. From day one, she was clear and concise in every single conversation. She told me exactly what I needed to know without overwhelming me, and she was always available when I had questions — even the silly ones. What really struck me, though, was her passion. You could tell she genuinely loves what she does, and it gave me so much confidence that I was in good hands. Every time we walked through a property, she was upbeat and excited, but also practical in pointing out what I should pay attention to. It felt like I was house-hunting with a friend who just happened to be an expert. I couldn’t have asked for a smoother first-time buying experience.
