Nancy was very knowledgeable in assessing the value of our house and establishing an initial asking price to attract buyers. This was our first time to sell a house so we appreciated her patience and we were impressed by the number of interested buyers in February and March 2025, We had more than 20 visits and 7 offers, two of them unconditional and we accepted an offer after only 3 weeks.
