We have used Nancy three separate times to buy and sell. She's been fantastic everytime! She is easy to get a hold of, easy to talk to, always prompt for appointments and knows the market in Ottawa extremely well.

Nancy recently helped my elderly parents with the sale of a home they have lived in for close to forty years. It was definitely apparent that Nancy is an expert at dealing with a family that is downsizing and it is also very apparent that she knows how to deal with our seniors with a high degree of kindness, patience and compassion. She was very good about keeping "the kids" up to date on what was happening with the sale of the home, especially when there are seniors involved. Both the other thing that was so wonderful was that for me (who lives in Edmonton) and has no resources in Ottawa, Nancy was so well connected to all of the types of professionals that we needed to get the house ready to sell, she had great connections to painters, and stagers, there was not one thing that was needed that Nancy could not help with, she always knew somebody, that she recommended that could help and these people were all as good as Nancy had said they were. If. you are a senior, or you have parents that want to sell their home and you want someone who is kind, caring, compassionate, professional and just lovely to deal with, Nancy is your girl. I cannot say enough good things about her. Thank you so very much Nancy for everything that you did to help my parents.

Nancy is the person you need. She understands your needs and looks for the perfect place. She is very attentive, listening to your input and requirements for a home that you feel confident and comfortable in, she definitely goes the extra mile and then some for her clients. . She gave us resources where we had questions and reassurance that we were definitely dealing with someone who cares about her clients. We felt like a friend we knew for years. A very valuable, knowledgeable, there when you need them kind of person.

Though always professional and extremely capable, she was also ready for adventure and laughs and her extensive experience allowed us to pivot several times without missing a day. She puts her 110% in, even for us military people who are restricted to the treasury board rates (which we know is rare).
