Nancy was referred to us by a friend, she certainly did not disappoint. Her knowledge of the Market is remarkable and her people skills is off the charts. Nancy is very creative in how she presents a property, in our case she did it with a video from inside our hot tub with a glass of champagne, the result was unbelievable. Our property was listed on Wednesday, we had a showing on Thursday and on Friday we had an offer at full asking price during a declining market.
