Really happy having used Michelle to sell my house. She listened to all of my concerns and ensured she addressed all of them. She ensured that any special requests I made where followed to a tee. When we ran into a hiccup, she worked with me to address it linking me with the appropriate professionals. Always professional and focused on getting the job done, I would use Michelle as my agent again any day. Stands head and shoulders above the others I have used.

Michelle was very knowledgeable and communicated well. She certainly knows her field. The house sale was partially luck. The ONLY reason that I agreed to a selling price $ 29 900 lower than the list price was my determination to buy only that one special condo in Penticton.
