We cannot speak highly enough of Michelle. Warm and friendly but also professional and knowledgeable. She knows the area extremely well and had very valuable insights when marketing our home. She was always available to answer questions or concerns and made us feel valued and comfortable. We would not use any other realtor in Osoyoos - she truly went above and beyond to ensure a smooth sale.

The negotiation and transaction were completed remotely while travelling, which made the offer and purchase more complicated, but she guided us through the whole process step-by-step to make it a less stressful experience. We first contacted Michelle hoping that she would help us, even though we were searching a little bit beyond home base for our vacation home. Michelle never made us feel like the drive for her and the extra commute to spend for us was an extra hardship on her. She was prompt and forceful getting us the showings we wanted, when we wanted them and we appreciated that. When it came time to negotiate she gave great advice and in the end we got what we wanted for what we wanted it for! I expected a harder process, Michelle made things seamless. She was always available within the hour over text or phone and made none of my million questions sound silly. We really enjoyed our experience with Michelle and we will use her again.
