Michelle was wonderful and helped us immensely with this purchase. The negotiation and transaction were completed remotely while travelling, which made the offer and purchase more complicated, but she guided us through the whole process step-by-step to make it a less stressful experience. She was prompt at keeping us in the loop with any updates and responded to all our questions very quickly!

She was always available within the hour over text or phone and made none of my million questions sound silly. We really enjoyed our experience with Michelle and we will use her again.
