She gave me an up-front, honest appraisal of the key elements to successfully promoting and marketing my place, including her role, my part in making it work, and a realistic breakdown of what improvements did or didn’t need to be done to enhance saleability. We discussed the pros and cons of staging compared to selling as-is, and how to safely observe C19 protocols during showings. Offers and counteroffers were handled smoothly and efficiently, and it was a huge relief to have someone knowledgeable dealing with the logistics of the sales process itself.

I bought a house in a crazy market where owners were mostly accepting firm offers. This made me lose out on a lot of properties and was getting discouraged. I was against going in with a firm offer because I can't be too sure appraisal will come through for properties as the market was insanely hot. Melissa came up with a plan to submit offers and still protect me against issues, should the appraisal fall short of my offer. She helped get me a property I love within my budget.
