We felt very comfortable after choosing Melissa to be our agent to help us sell our house. She gave us ideas on what we could do to show it well. We did what she suggested, even just some minor details and it proved to work after getting many showings right from the start. The photos she used turned out well and especially the video made it shine and I believe is what attracted potential buyers to come and look at the house we were looking to sell.
