Melissa made the buying process really really smooth for me. We went for a few viewings to see a variety of different condos, and she asked a few questions to see what I liked and what I didn't. By the third set of viewings, she was able to show me condos that all matched the long list of requirements that I had. We made an offer on one of them, and got accepted for $20k under asking price. Overall, Melissa was very good at helping me find a great condo that I really liked, and made the process very smooth and easy!
